US could add 3rd gender option to passports under new legislation

I guess it makes sense. It does help identify the trannies and protect officials from litigation from search procedures.

Why not just give them multiple passports just in case on Monday, Wednesday, Friday they feel like a woman and Tuesday, Thursday they feel like a woman, and Saturday, Sunday they can not make up their mind?
