How will the feds know what employers were thinking when hiring and firing? Simple. To avoid ObamaCare costs you must swear that you are not trying to avoid ObamaCare costs. You can duck the law, but only if you promise not to say so.

Andy, you're looking right at it but not seeing it. This is an excellent example of "death by a thousand cuts," sometimes called creeping normality. Good metaphors include the camel's nose under the tent flap and the frog slowly coming to a boil. The Left has mastered the technique and it is the essence of the Democrat approach to KenyaCare -- "We'll have to pass the bill to find out what's in it." They knew that exposing the entire scheme at once would be instant political suicide, and they've been relying on the drip-drip-drip approach for going on five years to get this Frankenstein monster woven into the fabric of the nation.
