Do it soon as the cost of moving and a house will only go up.  With a lot of people doing the same thing.  I remember when people started moving for California into my old home area.  People did not wish to sell their house, but the people for California had money.  They would walk up to a house and ask to buy it, the people would say no.  But when they would pay 100.000$ then the market price.  They would say why not, I can go outside the city and build what I like.     My daughter just sold her place she got last year for 60.000 more then she paid for it last year.  Their getting out of the Seattle area.

Start small, save your money, get a financial backer after proving yourself and your formula, buy more rigs, hire good strong Conservatives to drive for you, with an option of buying into the company, soon owning their own truck with guaranteed customers.
