Last show?  I didn't watch the first show. So many people see Stewart as a genius. He is talented and funny but he has a whole battalion of writers. Makes it a bit easy.

Me too.  Looks like a lot of us did not watch his program!!

Since I was a sports nut, ESPN concocted The Daily Show with Craig Kilborn in '93.  I only watched it till Kilborn left to do another network's late show show. 

He'd commented that The Daily Show's co-creator should, um...  perform a sex-act on him.

So I'd stopped watching it by the time Stewart arrived.
