The other day I heard about Q for the first time and  being rather curious asked around.

I was told I could find the answer on this board.

I did see a long article on it but I would like a quick answer if possible.  I am not one to read lengthy articles. 

Thus my question is ....who is Q?  Is it one person or a group?

Not known for sure, there has been different styles of writing over the years, Sometime feels like a group project, other times an individual. Diffidently has connections to the white house.

To expand, it appears there is one person in particular that does the majority of posting, but no one really knows if it's a man or a woman, but as Rick pointed out, there seems to be as many as 6 or possibly more, though most no longer post under Q.
What we do know is Q has proven time and time again that his posts come to fruition, even well after a year.

There is a lot of misdirection, but it always comes full circle so you don't think you were mislead. I can't say for certain, but it would appear that there is a small inner group known as Bakers, they do a great job of decoding the Q posts.

No, Taxed and I had been following it for awhile, it was you that introduced it to the forum.
We weren't really ready to talk about it yet, didn't know how to introduce it, in fact, we had just hung up the phone after discussing it, and Bang! You sprang it on the forum, and we're glad you did.
