QuoteInsurance company Pacific Life announced Friday that it is pulling its advertisements from Fox News's "Tucker Carlson Tonight" after the host said the "immigration crisis" in America makes the country "poorer and dirtier and more divided."
The action came after an advertisement from the company was shown on-screen right after Carlson made the comment on his opening monologue.
The ad promoted the company as having been "protecting generations of families for 150 years."
The company quickly received backlash on social media calling for it to distance itself from Carlson's program.

When will these businesses learn, that these are paid trolls flooding their sites with fake cries of woe.

These are Liberal ran companies. The "woe's" are irreverent.

Yeah, probably true. Hell, they probably advertised on his show just to make a political statement. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.
How is he wrong?
They probably come back. They usually do.

Hmmm...
List of anti-American companies? with links to articles/stories?
And Chick-fil-A continues to flourish!
Pacific Life can't be surprised by this. I mean, they pay Fox News for the specific time slot they want. Even pulling the ad out of protest, the company still lost money.

The left hates Chick-fil-a. There are often times protests outside the one in my area   Idiots, Seems like the trend of hating that place ended years ago.

Liberals hate success since they have nothing to do with it.

Protesting Chic-Fil-A is so last several seasons ago.
I wonder how few of the protestors were actually gay?

I was listening to this story the ther day and thinking to myself... Tucker has held a very strict and firm stance on immigration since day one. Was picific Life somehow under the illusion that Carlson was going to tone down his rhetoric about it? They placed their ad with his television show for a reason. It's like sticking your finger into an electrical socket then crying to your parents because you got shocked. It was their fault, and the fault of every other hystarical company now pulling their ads. They knew the platform they were getting on! They knew the ideas and the tone of speech that would be used.

Of course they were aware of his position. However, their business acumen told them Tucker had an audience they wanted to reach for their financial services products. Then the leftists inside and outside of the company decided it did not make Pacific Life "feel" good about their ads. Maybe they can sell their pricey financial services to some of the homeless in SF and LA.
This was all done for show.
If they didn't want to piss off their customer base, they'd have quietly found a new place to advertise. But they chose to make it public in hopes of picking up more leftist idiots.
I'm guessing they did the math and figured out, most of their customers are stupid libs, while Conservatives steered clear of a company with a poor business track record.
