New York City Lets You Choose From 31 Different Gender Identities

Individuals living in New York City can choose from a minimum of 31 different gender identities, many of which allow them to fluctuate between some version or combination of male or female identities.

Businesses that don't respect and accommodate an individual's chosen gender identity risk incurring six-figure fines under rules implemented by the city's Commission on Human Rights.

The list of protected gender identities is available online and includes options such as "gender bender," "two spirit," "third sex," "androgynous," "gender gifted," and "pangender." A city official speaking on background confirmed to The Daily Caller that all of the listed identities are protected by the city's anti-discrimination laws, but said that the list was not exhaustive.

Setting aside for a moment.

The fact that like the war on drugs, neither the Federal or the State governments have any constitutional authority to even address or involve itself in this issue.

Just as they have no authority to regulate what you choose to ingest and put into your body or not.

Science has found that there are people alive today.

Who have Neanderthal DNA. There are people alive today who have Denisovan DNA, there's even folks who have a kind of DNA in their genome we can't tell where it came from.

And very well maybe alien, given we don't find a match for it anywhere else on Earth.

All we do know about it, is that. As far as we know. It's not homo sapien sapiens DNA.

Now before someone's emotional sensibilities run amok.

Yes those are still people. Yes they are as entitled to their rights as you or I are. That should be obvious as that is an intelligent, indigenous, hominid.

But these are not technically, scientifically a "human being" or Homo sapien.

Again let me repeat before someone goes off the deep end making false accusations putting words in my mouth I never said.

I said, yep they're people, as intelligent as you or I.

Yep they can learn and process info like you or I. Yes they're entitled to enjoy rights just like you or I or any other homo sapien. If they're in America that is.

But scientifically at best that's a hybrid race. Not one big happy human race we are all members of.

Yet when was the last time you heard Bill Nigh the Science guy, or some libtard like em, telling anyone that there exists currently more than one species of, sentient (as we define sentience) intelligent hominids?

Not that they existed in the past, but that their DNA is still present in some to this day?

Hardly never, if at all.

But the truth of science is that yep they really do/did exist.

Scientifically if we find two frogs with differences in DNA like that. We would say that's two species of frog.

Yet we don't apply the same rules when it comes to ourselves.

When it comes to ourselves.

Suddenly all of the science which proves and tells us this, goes right out the window.

And instead all most ever hear is that we're all one big happy family, all members of the same race, despite the fact of science and medicine is that there's about four or five distinct races on Earth Currently.

Who even have diseases members of one of the other species cannot and will not get.

To me, this gender thing is the same thing.

Science tells us, science shows us, proves beyond a doubt.

Only three genders are possible in a modern intelligent hominid or human being.

Our biology itself, because of the way a modern "human" develops in the womb, limits us to three possible choices.

Male, female, or hermaphrodite (both) which happens because something went wrong as the fetus matured.

All babies begin female, later on in gestation becoming male. That's a fact, and it's why we wind up with the third option.

Yet to suit the emotions of some, once again that science, that medical fact, gets tossed right out the window.

To suit the political agenda and emotional sensibilities of some. Now we have not three but 31.

I'll never understand why it is that we as a people lie to each other, and ourselves that way.

Why not just say, you either pee in the gents, ladies,or hermaphrodite bathroom and leave it at that?

All of that said, back to my original point. Let me ask everyone here. How do you think, things have turned out when it comes to the gay marriage issue?

Lots of us here are against that ruling. Hate it. BUT, the fact it exists is our own damn fault.

Why is that? Because we opened the door to it ourselves. By allowing government to step outside it's Constitutional boundaries, to regulate what was prior to that, a purely religious ceremony. In violation of the first amendment.

We opened the door to this ruling eventually happening. The whole bathroom issue, the war on drugs issue, and several other "issues" are the same way.

They are attempts by government to step outside of it's clearly defined legal and Constitutional boundaries.

In order to regulate something, we neither need regulated, nor government has any right to regulate in the first place.

It didn't turn out so well when it came to letting government do that with marriage folks.

You can be damned sure it won't turn out so well letting government decide for you, where you will pee at or not either.
