QuoteIn 2008 a pregnant woman who severely injured her baby in utero by driving recklessly was charged with murder when the baby died six-days after being born. After years of court cases, a New York Appeals court ruled that the baby wasn't a baby–yes, even though it was alive and outside the mother for six days–and the woman cannot be charged with murder.

Not a real court, more like those 19th century miners courts where they fined the corpse of a claim jumper for what was in his pockets after they hanged him.

I think there's a great number of jurisdictions in the Country that, when you assault or murder a pregnant woman, you're charged with 2 counts of whichever.

If these monsters running planned parenthood can do what they do, how is what this woman did any different?

I agree they all should be imprisoned for a very, very, very long time.

One gets away with it because they call themselves a "Dr." and the other gets jail because they don't? That's a double standard, and not justice.
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)
