I was just referring to Billy's Bayonet's post that implied we somehow dropped the ball by not quarantining the known cases early. Do to the long incubation times, that wasn't possible with HIV.

You are speculating and grasping at staws. You have no idea of the facts in that particular situation....I DO.

Thousands of Marielitos from Cuba were allowed into the US by Jimmy Carter on the basis of "human rights" issues. These people were CONFINED at federal facilities and MILITARY bases across the country, Guarded by Federal Police officials from bureau of Prisons, Federal Protective police etc etc. most of the confinee's were at fort Chaffee Arkansas.

While confined, they were interviewed, examined by health officials and federal Investigators (many were criminals with violent records, some were mentally ill and deemed incompetant)
duringt he intial examination many were deternined to have HIV AIDES which was a rare disease FROM AFRICA known to the medical community. Many of the infected were former Soldiers and support personnel who were in Angola and caught the disease, CASTRO CONFINED THEM.

The WHO (world health Organization) was called in and these people were TESTED. I don't know the exact number that were found to be infected, I'm sure that Statistic is out there somewhere however the fact is at LEAST SOME OF THE SUBEJCTS WERE KNOWN TO BE INFECTED. That fact alone negates your speculation about the 3-6 months dormant period

The WHO told the Federal Guards, Support personnel  etc. "to be careful" around these prisoners and not come in contact with their blood, body fluids etc as they had an incurable disease. There was NO QUARENTINE of known carriers.

Worse, many of these people were released into mainstream US society when persons, church Orgs etc "sponsored" them out of confinement, the WHO registered protests against this but the Carter Admin, ever concious of PC ignore this advise. This whole process I described lasted almost one year, belaying again your "dormant" theory. While many were sent back to Cuba many were released into the US population.

The end result is an aides epidemic that swept the US and spread rapidly to other countries.

I leared most of that from Law Enforcement personnel who were there guarding these people, witnessed first hand what I just reported and I have every reason to find them credible. I suggest you reseach all this and learn the facts, the history and the timeline, then you'll see I'm correct.

The WHO also agree with the dormant theory? I didn't just pull this out of my rear end? Every major medical source of info I find says it possible to have HIV and test negative for up to 6 months?
