From many of the interviews I have seen with the volunteer battalions they seem to the right kind of people, they do not submit to Brussels, Kiev or Moscow, they only care about protecting their families, culture and nation. It's a breath of fresh air, ironically it is just this upstanding responsibility which will earn them the scorn of the Media and Politicians in Europe. But to the rest they are setting the example and showing that it can be done.
