"The Department of State is therefore in possession of all Secretary Clinton's work-related emails from the (personal email) account," Kendall wrote.
Clinton, a likely Democratic presidential candidate, faced a Friday deadline to respond to a subpoena for emails and documents related to Libya.

Lucky for her she's not a conservative, otherwise the MSM would crucify her. But being a `rat will absolve her from any charges and she'll probably get the nomination, and maybe win the election. If so, look for the 2nd most corrupt administration in history during her tenure, and the further slide of America into the pit of communism.

Her lawyer is a joke. Looking in the wrong place? Um it was his client that used a personal serve and personal email account, to carryout government communications, in violation of Federal Laws requiring those communications be preserved for among other reasons, simple archival reasons.

In fact, it's a violation of international law, for that host nation "Libya" to not defend an embassy against attack.
But oh no, this group of dimwits, sat idly by, as Sovereign American territory is invaded, and American citizen's there are murdered.
When sitting about four minutes away, was a carrier battle group, which is capable ladies and gent's of leveling Libya, let alone force projection to defend that embassy.

Instead they let our territory be seized by a foreign invading force, allowing American Citizen's to be murdered in the process and with zero response from the United States.
