Then he laid out what the arrangement might look like: "What we'll do is raise maybe for, maybe women's health issues or something, if we can raise $10 million or $15 million for charity, which would be a very appropriate amount."

How does that briefest-of-brief suppositions become I'll debate Bernie for $10 million ???  Where in the entire article and video does he say: " If I get paid $10 million, I'll debate Bernie " ? 

He says:  " If they pay me. "  -Inferring that Bernie gets paid too.  It'll be a political ratings-extravaganza like we haven't seen in our lifetime.

To answer your question; a Trump-Sanders debate marginalizes the hell out of hrc.  It'll seem like she's not even in the race anymore, especially to LIV's.
