You know, if these cops were allowed submission holds they wouldnt need to punch. In my experience wrestling and submission holds are far superior for subduing someone than punching is. I think between a wrestler and a boxer the wrestler will usually win.
And why dont they have hand held tasers? That would work well in subduing these cowards.
It just seems to me like punching is an unprofessional last resort only used because other options arent allowed and the cops are pissed about it. 

On another note the cops are kinda lucky because I havent seen an antifa who was all jacked and ripped and huge, they mostly seem like underweight weaklings with alot of energy. Most times it seems the cop has more mass(unless its a chick cop). This further allows for the use of submission holds to be more effective than punching. And they are less likely to do unintended damage that would require expensive medical care on the taxpayers dime, like dental work due to busted teeth.

It just seems to me that that when a cop punches like this they are sinking to antifas level(which is what the left wants). Tho in the blue cities thats entirely understandable as the cops are under attack from their own politicians and arent allowed to be as effective of a professional force as they should be.

True, but maybe these little commies will learn that there is a physical price to be paid for being assholes..
Oh, and tasers won't work, most are wearing ballistic some sort of armor, gas masks, helmets etc, so slamming them to the ground and physically assaulting them is kind of a last resort without using deadly force.

I used to teach defensive tactics, we taught officers Judo-Ju Jitsu-Aikido tactics which were tremendously effective. Then the Dept came along and "outlawed" all choke holds and some other holds and Aikido wrist locks which rendered much of what we taught ineffective. They wanted Ofcs to use pepper spray (which ends up getting on you as well as the suspect) & didn't want tasers.  But we dissuaded officers from punching people, you can injure your hand and with the need for a more articulate hand to operate the semi automatics cops now use its not a good idea.

But sometimes punching some asshole in the face just feels right.

According to Biden, that cop just punched an idea, so he can't be charged.

And that is the biggest reason why I can not see a civil war happening. The liberal run cities are already in a war, it is good vs evil and those in charge have chosen evil to back. the only thing holding these cities back from total chaos is the very police department that they want to de-fund. When those police do walk, and it is only a heartbeat away, the heart of those cities will be destroyed. Anything run by liberals would be worthless in a civil war. Hell, they can not even control antifa.
