Billy's bayonet

Michigan State Police carry SIGs. I might go for a Walther in .380, something tiny for up-close-'n'-personal, but if the price is right and the bulk kept down I'd consider a 9.  Have you seen this from KRISS?

It would be fine for "duty carry" in a holster, but for concealed carry I do not like the design of the weapon, that protruding "beaver tail" on the back strap, that will catch on clothing and impede withdrawal.

I'll keep my H&K P7 M8, my 357 snub nose with the hammer shroud and the little RugerLCP 380 auto for Mrs Billy.

That Glock  G43 is the absolute best for concealed carry even if the front site is a little high to snag on clothing.

Did you hear Florida is probably going open carry for CCW holders?

So is Texas on January 1.

A local cop is worried that it will allow the Black Panthers to carry their AKs as they shadow the police.  It is a serious concern for them.

I know that six shots sounds like a lot to you sharp shooters but it sounds different to me.  That is exactly why I don't like a revolver.  I have done enough target shooting to know that twelve shots buys you more time and opportunity to ward off an undesirable.  I suspect that in a true emergency it might take me two or three rounds to gain my wits about me.

I realize that if they already have a gun in their hand I am likely dead, but it is more likely that I will take someone by surprise and it will take them a moment to respond to a first shot or two.  I want to keep them hopping with a stead stream of fire and have a better chance of stopping them completely.

Don't get me wrong.  I am actually a fairly good shot.   However, I can expect that in an emergency my hand won't be as steady as on the firing range!

Black Panthers need to be more concerned about who is shadowing them.
I know for a fact if this threat had been made in my County, our Sheriff would call on the Militia for support, without hesitation.
I've no doubt the majority of America shares a hatred for Black Panthers.
