Yeah, he won't be on a ballot.  The only way he could pull this off is to declare a delay in the election based upon a National emergency situation.  And under the current national atmosphere that probably won't fly either.  Even an attempt to do so would create chaos..... which plays into his hand.... but he has plenty of time to set up a scenario that he thinks might work for him.

Actually, that's probably right.  Here's what most likely happened:

The Democrat Dept. of "Justice" allowed Mrs. Clinton all this time
so she could have a techie delete everything incriminating.

Then, to make sure that a forensic search can't find any of the deleted info,
they copied the sanitized disk drive onto a new disk drive and installed that one in the server.
They probably did the same with the thumb drives in the lawyer's office.

A caller to the Rush Limbaugh show today brought up a great point:
The info on the server very likely incriminates not just Mrs. Clinton,
but also Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Boehner, McConnell, McCain,
and who knows how many other people!

If the FBI was serious about investigating,
they would have seized the server the day after its existence was make known.

If the government can prove the hard drive was professionally scrubbed AFTER she was served the notice-to-surrender, then the answer is yes --- but since Clintons are involved (and because Shrill is Obama's biggest albatross going into HIS last months), then any damn thing can happen.

First off: was this the original hard drive, in the machine surrendered to authorities? Can the government prove it ISN'T, if she just replaced it with a blank and held on to the original --- for stuff she had on Obama.

It would not surprise me if he files against her, and then perpetuates a family tradition by ignoring any offspring. Obama sure ignores his relatives back in Kenya and other vacation spots. Why would ignoring Fat Ass be any different?
