Colleges are bloating their payrolls
by multiplying the quantity and salaries of administrators,
and putting students in debt to pay for it.

A four year degree at New York University
costs a quarter million dollars.

A website called "Seeking Arrangement"
is making financial aid available to some students
with a special area of their website, called
"Sugar Baby University."
