There were a lot of strange goings-on where George Floyd and Chauvin worked together. They had 2 dozen "security guards" on the payroll and also cops. Why so many?  That is a lot for a bar of that size. Supposedly it was being used as a money laundering front for counterfeit money. Floyd's brother claimed it was pre-mediated. Looks likes Chauvin was corrupt. He was paid way more for part-time work than his full time job.

The complaints allege that they also failed to pay proper sales tax on a $100,230 BMW purchased in Minnesota in January 2018.
