Heard an incredible expose on Talk Radio this evening.

Not only can President Trump end all Law Enforcement Grants, at 12 Noon, January 20th, to every Sanctuary City, he can demand they PAY BACK a full 25 years of past grants.

BILLIONS OF DOLLARS.

And he intends to do just that.

He'll outlaw sanctuary-cities.  All that the National Guard requires is a date to go active.

Each offending Mayor is then charged with Federal-components, along with violating her/his Oath Of Office.  The Guard stays, putting each new acting-Mayor in-detention until somebody signs a dissolution of sanctuary-status document.  We've never had to do it before, so I'm just guessing that's how it'll happen.

Yep, show of force is always last resort (war is nothing more than failed politics) and Trump has hundreds of options available, as in carrot and stick, carrot for the Governor and a stick up the ass of the Mayor.

I'm all for "defunding" Sanc Cities but here is what is likely to happen with these Bozo's. They will take it out on the people they hate the most, the Cops and the Firemen, EMS, cutting their budgets, lay offs, furlough's etc etc  and then when disaster strikes blame it on the Republicans.  They damn sure aren't going to cut the staff in social services or Illegal alien's food stamps. That's the constituency.

These knuckle heads understand one thing: A boot in the ass. That's why I say the best thing to do is to indict them on charges of obstruction of Justice if they don't co-operate with federal Officers/ICE.  Lock a few of them up and see how the others fall in line pronto.

Back in the day the Feds used to give cities "grant money" to team up with Feds hunting federal crimes, mostly drug trafficking and money laundering/RICO. SOme of the Grant money is used to buy equipment like body armor, radios, etc, but often the City Fathers get to pilfer the grant and get new computers for their secretary, new office furniture and a host of other goodies.

The problem is these weasels know how to work the system and have their own little geek squads to scam up the books for them.

I have no doubt that some of these worst case foreign criminals and gang bangers will end up getting deported. The ICE and the Border Patrol people really want to do their jobs but the current Obamao Admin prevents them from doing it. Those creeps gone will make a big difference without having to pass any special laws or come up with new regs. Just enforce the law as it is in place.
