Ricky Hand (age 46) concealed feces and threw it in the courtroom in Springfield Wednesday morning after he was sentenced to serve 40 years in prison for his roles in a string of armed robberies across Springfield.

The defendant had been shot in the arm by one of his intended victims,
(as he attempted to rob a drive through)
so his arm was in a sling when he was in court for his sentencing.

He had concealed some of his own "product" in the sling,
which the deputies missed when they searched him
before bringing him into court.
