Poor Al --- the more he yells the funnier he gets. Now he's got something to yell about: the muslims who bought his old TV channel and turned it into al Jazeera (America) are now stiffing him on the purchase price.

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Former Vice President Al Gore is suing Al Jazeera America, saying the news network is withholding tens of millions of dollars that it owes for buying Current TV from him and other shareholders for $500 million last year.
David Boies, Gore's attorney, said in a statement that Al Jazeera America "wants to give itself a discount on the purchase price that was agreed to nearly two years ago."
Al Jazeera America did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Boies says the suit was filed in Delaware Court of Chancery on Friday.

Al-ja-Whiner was freaking well lucky he found a buyer for Current at all.
We could see a new trend out there, maybe. (In addition to pouring buckets of ice over your head to support research for Lou Gehrig's Disease.) If he's smart he'd brand it the Liberal Channel and be done with it.
Bring in Keith Olbermann, Tingles Matthews, Rosie O'Donnell, and so forth. Promise them the same high levels of viewers they'd all get at MSNBC, maybe. That guy they just fired from Meet the Press needs work. Him, too. Give Ezra Klein an hour a night. Maybe "Live from the Presidential Handouts Office," who knows.
