6 wounded in Houston shooting, officials say

Six people were injured when a shooter opened fire at a southwest Houston shopping center on Monday morning, police and fire officials said.

The suspected shooter "has been shot by our officers," Houston Police said in a tweet. "No reports of other suspects at this time."

The shooter was identified as Nathan DeSai, FOX26 reported, citing multiple sources. DeSai had previously worked at McDaniel & DeSai LLP, though the practice closed down at some point within the last year, Ken McDaniel told ABC13.
