I don't have an Instagram account either. But look at the little blue box, in the left lower corner in the box there is a tiny play button, be careful to click only on the tiny play arrow, otherwise it wants you to sign up.
I hate all these social media sites, but sometimes they post a gem Maybe since Prager U posted it, they have it on their site?

I click on and address above. The site open up and I scroll down and click on the trailer. It start right up with no problems.

4 different configurations, 2 with Zorin, Win-10 & Win-8 - all gave the same login screen for Instagram.
Chrome, Firefox & Brave.
All four were using ExpressVPN. Turned off ExpressVPN and got the screen you're seeing.
(can't believe I wasted so much time for that... it shows I must be a sucker for click-bait too.)
It also indicates, if you're running any VPN software, and can't get to content - you're being blocked on the far end,
*they* want to know "who you are & track you" before letting you in.
