IMO....I believe the girl making the faults report claims of rape should be charged with murder and the brother should be charged with manslaughter.
I'm curious what our Law Enforcement folks here at CPF have to say about this case.

I am not a lawyer, thank God, but I do have layman's opinion. The babe should have the book thrown at her. As for the brother, he should be charged with something for not thinking through the situation, but I would cut him some slack.
