I had the pleasure of following Gov. Edwards in his prime. He was an old style LA politician who flaunted his corruption. He bragged about shady rice deals with Korea and openly stated he was helping LA rice farmers. He once said the only way he could not be elected was to be found in bed with a dead girl or a live boy. Quite the character.
