Normally I don't care about this shit, but a short vid popped up the other day, so I watched it, exposing just how stupid libs are when it comes to gun safety.
Never once has the investigation inquired about the term "Down Range" and what it means for starters.
The armorer on the set had zero gun training, the very person in charge of handling weapons, which are real not dummied up replicas, nor had she ever even shot a gun in her life, let alone handled one with the exception of a previous movie set.

Nice girl, but she had zero business handling weapons, PERIOD!
The guns were real, the cart that held ammunition was a mess, rounds scattered haphazardly about the cart.
Her associate (Gutierrez) worked exclusively with Baldwin when it came to weapons.

Getting to the point, the other girl stated they were using brass dummies exclusively a Hollywood dummy brass cased bullet, however, there were some intermixed silver cased rounds called Star (something), these were not being used because they didn't look period enough.

Cutting to the chase, the assist producer was there when armorer Gutierrez handed Alex the gun, she opened the gun to expose the dummies, but didn't didn't didn't spin the cylinder, the producer stated he saw about 5 brass dummy rounds, in a six shooter.
After the shooting he took the gun to the armorer right outside the church and asked that the gun be inspected.
She did and it had one silver fired live round in it.

Jump through the video to the end, it sounds like Gutierrez may face murder charges. Motive?

I've been keeping up with this one. Sounds more and more like a dress rehearsal for Baldwin's trial. He's cooked, fried, baked to a golden crisp. The only item that might save him is a sympathetic jury. Nah, forget that, he's cooked. He not only ignored safety measures, he did not allow those with the "job" of safety to do their job. When it came to safety, following the rules, Baldwin was not just an actor, he was the head monkey.

Can't see a murder charge, like you pointed out, what would be the motive. Biggest strike Baldwin has against him is the fact that he has sh-t for brains. Not always fatal, but this time it was.

But it still begs the question as to why the armor concealed the real load in the gun?

It also exposes just how ignorant libs are when handling weapons. Everyone knows there is no such thing as an empty weapon, and that you never ever point a gun at anyone, unless you plan on using it on them.

Here's the testimony and footage (starting around the 4:50) mark I saw a few days ago. After testimony, they show the scene where Baldwin comes out shooting, shoots, empties his gun, and then starts demanding the gun be quickly reloaded so they can continue. NO regard for following rules of firearm safety. Protocol calls for two people to inspect EACH dummy round as it is put into the gun, in addition to the actor. 

Nobody on that set was going to stand up to Baldwin, in fact, many of the seasoned workers had already walked off the set due to safety regulations not being followed. These were not laws being broken, but standards the film industry set forth to insure safety. Perhaps the biggest rule broken, one that I taught my kids at a very early age, never point your weapon at something you do not intend to shoot.

There is going to be plenty of blame to go around here, the armorer picked/hired was not qualified, what Baldwin demanded carried more weight than the rules, people who should have let nothing stop them from doing their job did, guns form the set were used for target practice, live rounds were on the set, it does not look like anyone on the set felt as if the rules were for them. And if course it does not help when the head monkey has sh-t for brains.

If someone would ask me what does it look like when liberals are in charge, I would point them here.

Soooo much to dissect here, but it begs the question, did Baldwin hire kids for the sole purpose of maintaining full control?
I mean none of these people were willing to call out the dumb ass out of fear of being fired and possibly blackballed for life.

It's as if Jackass Productions had takeover and encouraged total stupidity.
But none of this excuses or exonerates the incompetence of those hired.

Oh, and the prosecutor is just as ill prepared as the armors on set were. If all of them walk, it will be solely laid at her feet.
