A builder finds himself in Hell where conditions are well... hell. So he sets about improving things: running water, proper ventilation, air conditioning etc etc.
One day God calls up Satan to find out how things are going.
Satan: "Great. That builder you sent is wonderful, he's fixing everything here!"
God: "A builder? Builders are supposed to be in Heaven! That was a mistake. Send him up here immediately!"
Satan: "No way, he's too useful to us."
God: "I'll sue you!"
Satan: "And where will you find a lawyer?"
