How many libs does it take to change a lightbulb?


None, they prefer to live in the dark, and would want the government to do it for them anyway.

 

I heard it was three. One to climb the ladder with the light bulb, and two more to rotate the ladder, and all of them get paid prevailing wage.

To a lib, it's fill out a Govt requisition form and wait for someone else to change it.
It's always the Govt job, and if all fails, it's someone elses fault.
