You may have seen it, I display it all around the world on some of the most famous beaches in the world.

Only recently was someone caught stealing some of it.

QuoteYou can be fined $250 for taking driftwood from any Burien Park beach
A regular BTB Reader alerted us that on Tuesday morning (May 26), she witnessed three men dressed in restaurant cook uniforms take driftwood from Seahurst Park beach, load it into a green truck and take off.
We checked with Capt. Bryan Howard of the Burien Police Department, who confirmed that taking driftwood is indeed against the City of Burien's rules, and can result in a civil fine of $250:

Smith Mountain Lake is full of driftwood, send the Libs this way, we'll take their money, and give 'em garbage!

Yep, it's just the reality of life, like sand on a beach.
I've been to beaches in Oregon where certain times of the year you had to climb over all the debris to get to the water.
This is just silly...

We ship it down from Washington state by way of the coast line.

Me too, one tree at a time. My creek dumps into the American river, which flows into the Sacramento river, which dumps into the Delta and out to sea, where it journeys south several years into the Equator, hangs a North past Fiji, beaches itself for a rest in Japan, circles back past Korea and heads for the aleutian islands in Alaska then down past Canada, Washington and stops in Oregon, it's been nearly thirty years now, so it should be arriving soon.

You'll know it's my tree, it's the one with a nail in it.
