If you're gonna bend down, on one knee, make a pose - like Thor or Superman, one fist on the ground, the other holding your fist in the air, clutching your watch, wallet, etc. with an "Arrrrgghhh!" rise slowly.
If you're the squatter type, bend down, knees apart, both fists on the ground, thrust them up slowly, while gritting your teeth, "Yaaaaaahhhhhhh!".
The kids will laugh ... but the wife will wonder, "Hmmm... maybe he's STILL got it, gonna find out tonight!"
