Don't get mad at me, I'm not the author (but I think it's spot on):
Donald Trump & Hillary Clinton are walking down the street when they come upon a homeless person.
Trump feels compassion for the man and hands him a business card and tells him, "Come see me in the morning. I can find a job for you." He then reaches into his pocket again and hands the man a twenty dollar bill.
They continue walking down the street when they come upon another homeless person. Inspired by Trumps example, Hillary reaches into her pocket and pulls out a card, which she hands to the homeless man. The card gives the address and phone number for the local welfare office.
Then, Hillary reaches into Trumps pocket and pulls out twenty dollars in mixed bills. She keeps $15 for "administrative costs", and hands the man $5.
I thought this was a POLITICAL PRINCIPLE more than a "joke."
Oh well, to the land where posts die.

A good joke always has a grain of truth. That's when a joke hits home. All posts die over time, some faster then others.
I doubt a lefty loon would understand.
Hillary would keep the whole $20 and give the homeless guy a receipt for his next tax-return deduction. He'll probably need it to offset capital gains in the municipal bonds market futures.
