The video is from Breaking Points. The length is 4:44.

It discusses Ben Shapiro's Daily Wire publicly calling for a debate with
their former associate Candace Owens,
who has been sending tweets saying that she is willing to take part in such a debate.

The Daily Wire then took those tweets to court, claiming that
they constitute a violation of the non-disparagement clause
of the contract they had with Candace Owens.

In short, The Daily Wire has no intention of EVER publicly debating Candace Owens,
and has gotten a court order to make sure that
she gets all the blame for the debate not happening.

Yep, and it backfired bigtime on Shapiro.
Unfortunately this will hurt the Daily Wire in a major way, the Base loves Candace, and really have no love for Ben.
Too bad he wasn't forced out before he did irreparable damage to the site and the rest of the good people that work for them.

This is another one of those cases in which everybody looks bad, Daily Wire, Ben Shapiro, Candice Owens, and Conservatives.

I don't care whose side you support: we need to act correct, even if there is conflict between one another.

Let the lefties infight among themselves. We should stay professional.

I get your point and agree to some extent.
I'd say this is all Shapiro's doing. They claim to be a free speech conservative leader, but only as long as you don't disagree with them.
But now they use the court system to silence her? That's going way too Left in my book!
