He's Right, this isn't law!!!

Rare Breed Triggers, LLC, is an Orlando-based trigger manufacturer that makes the drop-in FRT-15 (forced reset trigger). What makes the FRT-15 so unique is that the trigger is reset very quickly after a shot is fired when the bolt carrier group returns forward. This allows for extremely fast follow-up shots, but the trigger must still be pulled each time a round is fired.

The EPA was guilty of this practice of adding "laws" to the law. The SCOTUS slapped them down in W.V. vs EPA. It was implied that the ruling covers all agencies, but I do not think it has been applied to any other agency. This would be a good one. The guy is completely right, congress has not made a law concerning the legality of FRT, it is the ATF who is trying to issue their own law. Many pistols come from the factory with a similar version or you can get aftermarket. They call it a short reset trigger but the principle is the same.

Which brings up the question, if the trigger is the issue, why did the ATF not go to congress first?? Tells me two things, they could care less what congress passes, they would rather harass citizens. Think they are checking the border to see what is coming in??

Well said. Only Congress can write law, which raises the question, who funded these two morons?
Budgets are funny animals when they're written, and all of these special programs must be ratified prior.
So someone will be dragged before a hearing and will have to answer to congress.

I suspect some budget cutting when Trump is back.
