Must Be! No one in the pic has excess weight, yet they're eating an average American lunch of burgers, fries, etc..
I've always been an athlete, literally my entire life was spent eating healthy, owned a chain of Gyms.
My entire existence revolved around being healthy, and one day, nearly 30 years back, I start developing a belly.

I cast it off to genetics, dad had one, and even older apes and gorillas get them, so I blew it off just getting older.
That was until a doctor realized it was leukemia and an extremely inflamed spleen.
Now that I know what it looks like, I see in many men, it looks very different from a beer  belly, rides above the waist line.

Anyway, I've had it for decades and now it's catching up on me. Mine apparently came from water at Ft Ord Ca in 1972 during training.
That's just one, but who knows how many other sources are out there poisoning people.
After all, we now know they want to kill us off.

I have heared it was McDonald's going from lard to rape seed oils. I don't know, too much junk in the process food? Im 20  Lbs over weight. was up to 70 lbs. Started Keto, got it down, then covid. Can't seem to get down any more.

Yep, processed food. They really shouldn't be allowed to call any of it "Food".
Much of today's fast food in an par with hotdogs.
