Kyle Rittenhouse prosecutors HELD BACK high-def drone footage of Kenosha shootings from defense and gave them low quality video  - sparking them to file mistrial motion that could see teen walk free
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger initially shared low quality drone footage from the night of the shooting with the defense
The defense claims Binger only shared the high-definition footage after evidence had closed on Saturday 
According to a motion filed today by the defense,  'The problem is the prosecution gave the defense a compressed version of the video'
'What that means is the video provided to the defense was not as clear as the video kept by the state,' the motion states
Lawyers for Rittenhouse filed their motion for mistrial with prejudice based on this and several other grounds

What a mockery of our justice system for the world to see, especially if the jury finds Rittenhouse guilty which I believe will not be the case.

While some think the  Judge  has been great i think he  has been weak. His  jury  instructions were gibberish and he  has failed to declare a  mistrial on several occasions.

I sort of agree. When he was yelling at the prosecution I thought, "Instead of crying about it, declare a mistrial with prejudice so this can never happen again, and send a clear message that we wont tolerate taking obvious self defense cases to court." Im sure he is not doing this because he doesnt want the other side to say we didnt look at all the evidence, but I say so what, the left will always screech about something, throw the case out.

I agree. The judge does not want this on him.

We are well into the second day of deliberation. I am thinking there is a minority of jurors who feel Rittenhouse is guilty and we are heading to a hung jury. Then it becomes the prosecution's decision to go to a retrial and have their asses handed to them again or just choose to pass.

Wait, Im no lawyer but I thought that unless the jury was unanimous for guilty then it was innocent? Are you saying that either way they have to be unanimous? Because there will always be some brainwashed libbie that wants to punish kyle just for bringing a gun to defend himself and who dont care about the law at all.

And the prosecution gets to decide if they retrial? Isnt that double jeopardy?

If the  jury  isnt  unanimous he  can be retried. Its  only  double  jeopardy  if  he  is  found  innocent and then the state wants to try  him again.

Then thats further reason for the judge to declare a mistrial WITH PREJUDICE so that the prosecution has no option to bring it up again. Seems there is ample cause to do so.

For everyone asking "what is handbrake" is used for compressing & converting videos. It was found on Kraus's laptop meaning he may have purposely converted the video to the lower resolution version using handbrake.

"Handbrake was on one of the prosecutions laptops since January 2021. This can be used to compress footage. Krause lied when he said he didn't know how to do any of those actions. I've moved from negligence or incompetence to malice"
