Tells me the primary is Trumps. I don't understand how they can have a poll when nobody has thrown their hat in the ring yet. When it becomes official, I expect to see Trumps numbers in the 90's. Should he not run, DeSantis should take it, I do not see Pence as being the challenge the poll shows. Personally I think one of the Trump kids might jump in and that would throw the polls off.

Pompeo is supposed to be a huge Trump supporter, and to primary someone? Why the need to be running for an office Trump already legally retains?
Not to mention, Trump will be back soon anyway, so this only makes sense if you're doing it for distraction.
But what's the big distraction?

Trump has a  powerful argument to make if  in 2024 we are  in a chronic recession and Biden has  instituted price  controls which would be a disaster. I cant  imagine Pompeo making  much headway. If  not Trump i support Noem.

Thats what I thought when I first saw this. Pompeo is just saying this for the effect it will have. I dont think anyone will try to primary trump seriously by 2024.

That means that President Trump will be seeking a third term in 2024. However, if Biden is deemed President, that removes a possible constitutional impediment for President Trump to run in 2024 because he will only be running for a second term.

Third Term? He was robbed of his second, and there is no actual 46th POTUS because the election was stolen, so there can only be an annulment of 2020 and Trump placed where he belonged in the first place, starting a new 4 year term.

Besides, the country can't handle a full 4 years of totalitarian rule or we'll either collapse or end in civil war, neither of which are options we can exist under.

Biden admin isnt going anywhere till 2024. The best thing that could  happen now would be Glen Youngkin winning  in my state  of  VA and beating McAuliffe. That would send a shock wave thru the dem party and you would see them getting as far away from Biden as  possible.

They already took a crap on the  constitution and the  bill of rights during the  corona  lockdowns. There was  no uprising then and   wont  be  now. Who exactly  is  going to reinstate Trump? Im doing  my little  part  by  volunteering  my time  in a  local Youngkin office.

Is that constitutional? Would the SCOTUS uphold an annulment? This is uncharted territory. The Democrats were accused of. stealing the 1960 election, yet there was no challenge from Vice President Nixon, so this time, Supreme Court would be tap dancing in a minefield.
Your scenario of an annulment of 2020 is a bit of a Hail Mary. Tactically, would it not be better for President Trump to go through the motions of conceding to Biden in order to clear away any maneuvers his opponents may try to prevent him from running in 2024.

Isn't it likely that the Democrats would appeal it to the Supreme Court or the courts in each state? I can't see them just rolling over. If it lands in state courts, it could drag on for years.
