Of course. Yesterday I heard the mayor of Hoboken, NJ say the flash flooding there was caused by climate change. A case in point is Grand Isle, LA, it was basically destroyed and there were no deaths. Why? it has happened before and those folks no how to deal with it. These leftists are so predictable and the "folks" are figuring them out.
