Ok russia is the least of our concerns right now. China and the globalist deepstate being the big ones.

That being said Im sure most major powers have some kind of plan in some file folder somewhere on how to take on the USA as a potential enemy. Thats just sound planning. It doesnt mean they feel they need to use it right now or ever will.

Biden doesnt need any help from anyone to destabilize the US.

True, I think Russia sees the CCP as the biggest threat, Putin knows the DNC is dead and on life support, Trump and Putin saw eye to eye when dealing with one another, so Putin knew his boundaries.
With the DNC trying to takeover the US and make it a socialist shithole, this throws the world into chaos, something Putin doesn't want, they're too small to take on the communist.
