So I tripped over a series while scrolling TV one rainy day.  The first one was Midsomer Murders a 2 1/2 hour series from the BBC.  Then I found Death in Paradise also from BBC.

I have been trying to figure out what is so addicting about these shows....  Everything is so calm as people die and they solve the mystery.  Maybe that is what I am enjoying.

Oh, some friends told me that I need to see Midsomer Murders.  I love all the Hercule Poirot, so I bet I'll like this!  (But then...  I also watch Snapped.  My husband says I'm just trying to figure out how to not get caught!)

It's not entirely her fault, she just forgets how long food has been sitting in the fridge sometimes.

As I was watching a Midsomer Murder yesterday afternoon.  I was amused by how the royalty (Lord/Lady) talked down to everyone - even the Investigators.  They felt they did not need to answer any questions and could do as they pleased. 

Good thing we don't have anything like that here in the United States.....wait a minute.
