This is what half the country wants.  Yep, really humane making it easy for cartels to drop children over the wall.  One small fact that the news leaves out is this was over the old wall.  The new wall with cameras, sensors, more height, and harder to scale top would have made this almost impossible. 

In addition to the human suffering, the wall construction contractors are still being paid because they are still under contract by the federal government.
