Might I suggest that maybe too many parents drove their sons up to meetings, the kid opens the car door and trots off to join his friends.  The parent(s) drive away.  One of the biggest problems was the lack of parental participation with the troop.  Us men can spot a fag, or at least we would know that something wasn't right about a "handsy" guy touching their son.  Kinda like Xiden with his attraction to young girls hair and breasts.  Xiden does it right in public while the mother stands there with a horrified look on her face but does nothing.  Adding to the problem was the removal of deviant sexual activities as something wrong over the years.  Of course this is generalizing as there were some sick bastards that needed a good neck stretching.  Society should punish these bastards and make it severe and public.

A great society isnt destroyed in a day but gradually and one part at a time.
