European health authorities do not seem fully debriefed on all this yet but WHO as far as I'm aware is where the numbers themselves mostly originated along with the models.

I knew about this three weeks before I started this thread, but at the time there wasn't enough info out there to make any sense of it.
We now know it's essentially an unreported pandemic, and I have to agree with your link, it is to avert a panic.

But I'll say what I've been saying fall along, now is the time to get prepared. Face masks are fine, but even better is an actual gas mask, or a high quality carbon filter dust face/mask with a shitload of filters, yes, they actually plug up rather quickly.

This is what is known as a super carrier. In other words, until she no longer shows signs of the virus, she won't be leaving any time soon, if ever.
