In accordance with the training plans of the Belarusian and Russian armed forces the Belarusian units that will take in the joint military exercise Union Shield 2015 started moving to the exercise areas in Russia on August 24, the press service of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told.

According to the source, the troops will move by air and rail transport. It is planned to use about 20 military echelons and eight aerial ones.

Some units of the 188th engineer brigade started loading operations at the railway station Mogilev on August 24 on their way to an exercise area in Leningrad Oblast. During the exercise the personnel will have to carry out a number of tasks involving engineering support in the exercise areas.

As it was reported earlier, the objective of the exercise Union Shield 2015 is to test the readiness of the military command of military contingents (forces) to provide comprehensive management during highly maneuverable actions.

Please share with us your logic as to why the US/NATO would want to invade Russian territory.

I think it is actually so petty and weak it is just a strongman show for the Russian populace so they can feel good about their military while being distracted from the horrible living standard they have.

For example Maduro in Venezuela just started tearing down Colombian people's houses and deporting Colombians claiming every Colombian that lives on the Venezuelan disputed/unclear border is terrorist.

But what he is really hoping for is a war against Colombia that will unify the People with the party like it did for Castro during the botched bay of pigs. So Colombia is not responding in kind because they know Maduro want to provoke a war.

Socialist oil economies the lot, thank God Norway is capitalist and we got Fish & Tech... Fishtech industry.

If you mean by that lack of gay parades in Russia, I agree.

No I mean the fact that the Russian economy is suffering from the low oil prices.

Don't understand the liberal logic that censorship of homosexual propaganda is somehow repression of homosexuals themselves.

Yeah

Found this very interesting:
QuoteAccording to one Moscow analyst:
"Because ethnic Russians, even the most pro-Putin and most committed vatniks ... in an extreme situation always find a common language and point of contact with Ukrainians. ...

There are many occasions when Russian 'volunteers' phone Ukrainian 'fighters' and say: well, guys, you'd best get away from here, we will be firing on you there.' Such situations are not rare in the opposite direction as well."

Doesn't seem like the Russians themselves are buying Putins and Kalash propaganda, why would Russians help neo-nazis?  :tounge:
