Rumble is the only one with a twist:
To embed a Rumble video, you need to go to the bottom of the video and click the "Embed" button and select the link in "Embed IFRAME URL". If you just copy the link in your browser like the others, then it won't embed. (you'll know it's the right one because the link will have "embed" in it).

Yeah, Imgur is one of the worst, they filter out Conservative content anyway, so better to not support them.
