This is why it needs to be dealt with immediately upon presentation of symptoms or clinical suspicion of the Chicom Flu - particularly in elderly and other high-risk individuals. Even the instructions for Tamiflu say it is for people that have had symptoms for less than 2 days.

But many vitamins and supplements, our bodies simply do not assimilate. Which can be good, because hypervitaminosis can be much more dangerous than vitamin deficiency.

Some vitamins only excepts under certain conditions. For example, only if the skin is exposed to sunlight.

Vitamin complexes can be even dangerous or useless when several different ingredients are combined.

In general, it is the opinion of most doctors, unless they are in the "vitamin" business, that a normal daily diet of meat, fish, eggs, fruits and vegetables does not need supplementation.

The body gets enough vitamins.

Information so far is the vitamins help but we knew that as mom made us take our vitamins and cod liver oil growing up and we are a healthy clan.  Best to get vaccinated.

Vaccination would kill me within a week.   Everybody is different, genetically, and the one-dose/size fits all mentality - or demanding it, will have adverse effects on some of us.

If my employer *demands* we get vaccinated - It's time to call HR with the Oncologist online, or they'll be paying out my life insurance to Wifey.

The Life insurance industry is exempt. Just like the supposed "Vaccine" companies, they to are exempt from lawsuits.
