Before retiring I spent 2 hours commuting, a desk job, and so many meetings. (driving to and sitting through) A large part of my day was spent sitting.Fortunately my last few years my employer, with a lot of nudging and doctors note, provided me with a sit stand desk and I had a fantastic walking buddy at work. But stretching these muscles like this was not in my daily routine. Now that I am retired I do move more but often find myself at my computer typing away. Maybe it is time to start stretching in a more positive way.Thoughts? Toy
