Dentists are warning of  growing tooth decay and gum disease. The  inside  of  a  mask is the  perfect  place for  bacteria  to grow. Soon many will die from the  many bacterial infections caused  by that wonderful mask. In my opinion, fauci and  birx are murderers

I had a masked "census worker" show up at my door. The first question that I asked was whether this census was a "mandate" (i.e. mask wearing), or a law. I was told that it was a law and was given a printout of the statute. There was a brief discussion on the difference between a "mandate" and a law that got me thinking.

Let's suppose that a governor decided to communicate a "mandate" (i.e. edict), that people are not allowed to leave their homes with their clothes on. Supposedly, staying home is preferable but if someone must go out in public, they must do so without clothes. The "mandate" orders that people must be naked to be out in public. Would you comply? Would you follow the "mandate"? Suppose that the governor stated that it was for your "safety", would you follow the "mandate" then? What if you were bombarded 24/7 with ads claiming that you would be "contaminated" or that you would "catch something", would you comply then? The ads may even go so far as to claim that you are being "selfish" and endangering others if you don't follow the "mandate".

What if a governor (as the governor of Californication did), issued a "mandate" (i.e. edict), that no one is allowed to go to church. It would also be portrayed as a "safety" issue. I would again ask you, would you comply? You will of course be bombarded with ads stating that you are "selfish" if you fail to comply with the edict. How about then? Would you believe the liberal hype? Would you refrain from attending church? Who is more powerful and who do you follow, man or God?

What if the governor issued a "mandate" that you must turn in all of your weapons and ammunition? It would of course be spun that it was for your "safety" and may even use children and an emotional message to justify the "order". They will of course claim that they "only" want to ensure that there are no weapons to harm anyone. It's all about the "safety" of the children they will claim. A list all sorts of "statistics" and numbers will be blared by the media which all "prove" that firearms are the reason that America is not "safe". The governor would of course talk about and list the shootings at schools and other places while claiming that YOU are the problem. What about then? Would you comply and obey? Would you turn in all of your weapons and ammunition?

What if retail establishments and restaurants said that all customers MUST comply with the "government mandates" to enter. Are you willing to follow the "rules" in order to enter? Would you follow the edicts? Would you willingly comply and obey? Would you make your children and Grand-children comply and obey also? What "mandates" are you willing to obey versus those you aren't willing to obey and what about your God given rights? Peer pressure can be a powerful force. How do you answer someone who confronts you because you aren't following the governmental mandates or edicts?

You may think that the possible examples that I have listed are extreme, absurd or outlandish. In my mind, there is no difference between the "mandates" that I have listed above and the "mandate" that actual governors have arrogantly declared regarding "masks". Just like in the scenarios I've listed, emotion and "safety" are supposedly the "reason" that everyone MUST comply. I notice that the governors are not using law but, rather are "mandating" that people comply. If people "voluntarily" comply with the "mandate" then there is no infringement on their rights. Some governors have went so far as to instruct law enforcement to detain, cite and even arrest those who don't abide by their "mandates" (i.e. edicts). I have to wonder what the courts will do with the governors kingly "mandates" which are directly in-opposition to the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Then of course, there is the issue of fines and incarceration. If you were levied a fine of $1,000.00 for "not following the mandate", what would a court of law do with that? How can a fine be levied against someone who obeys the law but doesn't obey a kingly mandate? Can a politician just imprison someone for not following their mandate? There are a whole host of Constitutional issues regarding the "mandates" and I have to wonder what the outcome will be.

So my questions for you are, how many "mandates" will you comply with? What sort of "mandates" are acceptable to you? If the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights can be negated with "mandates", what good are Constitutional rights? Does anyone REALLY have any Constitutional rights or is the Constitution just a myth?
