Yes I am totally a Sigma. I find Alpha-Beta dynamics as something crazy and unnecessary. Alphas try to bribe me to admire them as superior to me, I just think they are crazy and I don't give a shit. Then they try to intimidate me and insult me and physically attack me in order to subdue me, and I don't give a shit. In the end, they just give up, stop talking to me, and silently hate me inside.

And Betas say I am "unpredictable". It's because I don't comfort to social norms and live my own thing. That doesn't mean I am successful in life, but it is what it is. What I respect is competence and smartness and kindness, and not violence and loudness and bad behaviors.

Yep, pretty much the same here, with a tiny bit of alpha from decades in business. You still have to tell people what to do.
I prefer to guide, but some need to be told. Too often, and they're replaced.
