Title: When did restaurants get the gumption to not give you your exact change?

This happens regularly. Delivery people don't even have any loose change. I usually round up for the tip, but it is the principle.

I ate at an Ihop yesterday and was supposed to receive a dime along with my currency. This has been going on for a while. I am just fed up with it.

I don't worry so much about loose change. I hate the stuff in my pocket.

Same here! With the quality of help these days, I quit eating out altogether.
