Unclear what they are trying to say. China owns PayPal, or PayPal has no Chinese ownership and is operating in china.

I haven't used it in a while. Need to get my little bit of money back/used.

Is there an alternative?

I've been refusing an account with PayPal for a long time, and they just keep asking.... no need for it.

It's seems every time I have used PayPal my credit card info somehow gets stolen.  I avoid shopping with any store that only accepts PayPal.  Screw those guys.

Some scammer has been sending emails to us for a long time, saying out PayPal account has been hacked.

And we get calls Social Security has been hacked, Medicare & Medicade, Microsoft & Apple accounts hacked, Credit Cards have been compromised, qualify for lower interest rates, our SSN is being used by someone else, IRS calling to tell us we're being audited... the calls never end - and for some STRANGE reason, they *always* ask, without fail, for our personal information (with a thick Indian accident) - before they can help us.  "Why are you asking US for our .... you're the one who called?  Don't you know who you called?"

I need some new lines, just to keep them tied up on the phone longer - we can't seem to STOP them from calling, so we decided to tie them up as long as possible.

I have the same problems.  But now I can block some of the damn calls not all.

Meh... we're having so much FUN harassing these thieving Indians, wifey and I race to the phone to answer.   Yep, she's as *sick* as I am, it's so hard to resist...  I planted terrible ideas in her short-tempered, Scot-Irish, Ginger, head... 

How my kids will *make* it in the world with an upbringing like this ... I'll never know.
