Title: New conservative youtube conspiracy channel
Post by: what if on December 13, 2015, 11:17:20 AM
We are new to the site and thank you for having a place conservatives can go and speak their mind!

My brother and I are conservative and through all the turmoil that our country faces we have been at a loss of what we can do. We wanted to do something to fight big government but also do it in a rational and democratic (I miss the Republic) way. So we decided to start a youtube channel and at least be heard by a few people. We currently have 5 videos to start.

1) what if the titanic was switched? This is important as this help start the Fed Res
2) What if the titanic was sunk to start the fed reserve?
3) Top ten chemical experiments done on citizens?
4) What if the government still controlled the media? Project Mockingbird
5) San Bernardino Conspiracy? What if the government knew?

Our next video will be how San Bernardino and other shootings will lead to gun control.

We need help building our channel and to do this we need advice and critiquing, well and of course subscribing. Take a look at our project mockingbird and let us know what we can do to make our channel better. Thanks so much!

I think I started this posting incorrectly and thought I would explain a little more. I'm sure you are all like me and think that a conservative conspiracy view point is ridiculous. Yes we do use theories but let me put it into context:

It is a theory that liberals are trying to destroy our Constitution...They constantly claim they are for it, but yet their actions show different.

It is a theory that liberals want a single payer health insurance....they consistently claim otherwise to our face but yet the back door deals show different

It is a theory that liberals want a more socialistic government...they consistently tell us that they only want to make small changes.

It is a theory that the Republican party has been infiltrated by progressives and big business...They tell they are not but do we really believe that? It is the tea-party that has created the new conservative leadership against the parties will

It is a theory that occupy wall street was a progressive answer to the tea party...They claim it was grass roots.

These are the theories that we are going off of, something that may not be proven but we know to be true.

The theories of area-51 or moon landing hoax or lizard people are not what we are about. We are about the truth, we are about dismantling the lies we are teaching kids, we are about exposing the liberal agenda.

Our first video was the titanic...we wanted to show how it was possible to fool the masses but we also felt that it is possible that it helped start the Fed Reserve.

The second video was about the Fed Reserve and how it has changed the US into a money making propaganda machine.

The third video was about chemical experiments done on citizens by big government and how it's possible that they continue to look at us like guinea pigs

The fourth video is about how the government infiltrated the media and television industries. Using our news as a government propaganda tool. 33000 media around the world owned by 6 corporations which have advisers within our government rankings

Our fifth video is about San Bernardino...not that it didn't happen but how the government could have known about it before hand.

Our next video is about gun control...How the political correct society may be purposely manufactured so that the government can pass gun control. Yes, it is a theory but we believe we can prove what we claim.

This is why we were seeking a conservative forum site...to help us. We may not have all of the answers but together as team we can uncover so many things. I'm asking for all of your help, help us make these videos, help us get the word out in a fun but fact-based way. Conservatives are being demonized and hi-jacked...I would like to show the truth and need ideas.

In today's society we no longer teach the true history of these United States. We no longer focus on the brave men and women who have died establishing this great nation, rather we are teaching the young to consistently be offended for everything, we are pushing hate and destruction of free will and free thinking.

I am scared of losing this country and watching my daughter growing up in a socialistic world.

Sorry for the long posting but I am passionate about getting the word out but I'm new to youtube and making videos. I just wanted a place to go for questions and other conservative viewpoints and ideas.

Actually not one os theory, because on this forum, we've proven each and everyone to be true.
Take OWS, you can do a search here for OWS communist backed, andf you'll find the facts.
The GOP's. the Establishment are a bunch of Fabian socialists, defacto communists, evidenced by McCONnel and Boner helping the Marxist at every turn, calling the base the enemy.
Something only a leftist would do.
But yo can search the rest, you'll find what you're ;looking for.

I was looking for a site like this and am glad to have found it. I would like to also get the truth out there and will search your site for some of these facts. Right now we are working on a Gun control video and I'm seeking important verifiable information. I'm trying to link Political correctness to gun control.

It seems to us that this political correctness is used as a way to divide the country and keep us angry at each other. We are teaching our kids to become offended by everything and to hate opposition...We believe that this is pushing certain people over the edge...there is a society break down that is causing this...our country has always sold guns and it hasn't been until recently that these mass shootings are taking place. know where I can find any more information linking them?

We saw the 1919 or 1957 communist rules for revolution which is also very compelling...I don't think I have seen this one...Thanks so much, I will continue to look over and add some points to the video.

I was hoping for feedback like this, much appreciated! Anything else anyone has would be great!

Yeah, I told my brother that and he wanted more factual content. I cannot blame him for that but we Americans have a very short attention span. I think what we are going to do is redo all the videos in a 5 min or less summarized version. I don't really watch too many videos that are past that length either

I never bought the short attention span argument.  If it's good, people will watch it.  We watch things that interest us.  If it's watered down or brings no value, then it won't get watched.

If you're looking for ideas, make one about how unions destroy business, and get into the cycle of Dems keeping unions alive, to receive funding by unions.  I don't always see that getting into detail, and would be a good one for you to generate content.  If it's good, we'll put it up on the front page on the side for a while.

I'm with Taxed on this. Remember the reaction you first encountered here when you joined and where I moved this?
No one likes to associate with conspiracy freaks of any kind, it immediately classifies them in a small percentage group of nut cases, like Rosie O and her 911 claims.

I'd step back and take a closer look at who you are, what message you are trying to project and not insult your audience, or for that matter, select your audience rather than attracting the fringe freaks.
I can't watch your videos and I'm not alone, most of rural America can't either, so just having a site based on video kills more than half your target audience.
Secondly, video only, targets the LIV portion, the "too lazy" to read and learn, so consider transcripts so people have something to link or quote when using your material for debate.

Nothing loses a debate faster than posting a link to a youtube video.
What you may want to consider, is approaching a marketing blog, see if anyone is interested in playing with ideas on what direction to proceed, but the one you've taken, IMO, is a nonstarter.
If I could watch videos I could give you better advice, but at this point, you have a non textual site without description, and google search hates that they have nothing to rank, let alone categorize you with, what do they have to go on when placing you in search because they have no text for comparison, so your'e limiting yourself in that area as well.

What about something along these lines:

The animation is simple, but really breaks down how minimum wage hurts people.  You could re-use the same concept for a topic on unions.

First let me say, what a great video. Yes, it's simple but very good.

Solar, although it is a video, we put in tags for google searches. I agree, I'm not really a video watcher, I like to read also...but we live in a new age and most people (liberals) do not. Writing a blog is a great idea, however, these videos take up a ton of time and we do make a little revenue. Last weekend we had approximately 5k views and made about $10 so not really worth it just yet. Only when those views get up to over 100k do we start making anything worth talking about. I do not know how blogs work and how to make any revenue from them. I barely know how this forum works. Money isn't the main goal, but it does add to the list of hobby's that can generate some income. I try to only have hobbies that bring in some kind of money. 3d printing, drone building (home security drones), fixing cars, tv's, electronics. They rarely bring in as much as I spend but I do like to have the knowledge and usually can break even. For these videos, I spent about $600 on software and equipment, so only $590ish more to go to break even!

The 'What If' started out to draw the fringe crowd in and the liberals. We wanted to do something fun while also teaching about big government. The problem we face is that liberals do not understand our history. Although they are educated, they are oblivious to our nations past. Example: my girlfriend went to college and had a 3.9 GPA, she doesn't know anything...I asked her the other day after watching a 'Jaywalking' segment, who our VP is and she drew a blank. So yes we are conservatives but really we are trying to draw in the opposite group. We want to give a history lesson with most of the videos while also throwing in 'fringe' things for entertainment.

That is why we wanted some help doing this. Most conservatives don't need this information, they know our history and vote responsibly. Conservatives by nature are readers rather than watchers, for the reasons you mentioned. Liberals are very different and that is my target audience. We want the young kids that usually watch stupid stuff on Youtube, so that they can see something actually worth watching.

Does that make any sense? I'm working and think I started rambling a little

You miss the point.
Start your own site, explain your mission, give a description of said videos, then post them, via youtube to your own site.
Include Discuss so those watching can debate their merits.
This also attracts 10 times the amount of traffic youtube does, if not more.

Unions just got over-ruled...my brother is union and although he agrees with this, he cannot risk losing his job at Coke. Which sucks because I was really looking forward to that. We will just have to keep that on the back-burner for now since he is not in a position to tell them to go to hell.

He made the mistake of telling people at work what we were doing.

He was stupid enough to tell people at his work about it and they subscribed...One is his Union Rep...I told him to shut up about it but now it seems that he put us in a difficult situation. One, makes me feel trapped and forced to stay away from certain controversies (which is against the idea of this channel), two, makes me want to do something against unions even more now, but must respect brother.

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you can't go after unions, then you might as well just ditch your project.  They are the biggest cancer on the economy and you would look silly avoiding it.

Taxed will affirm that I am not the sharpest dweeb in the woodpile when it comes to modern technology. That said, I went to the trouble of learning basic HTML and how to build a site from scratch, upload the right files to a host and then manage it using commonly-available free software. I did not use Blogger or somewhere that could be pressured by outsiders.

You claim you opened your blog but don't know how it runs? Did it ever occur to either of you two to actually make PRACTICE POSTS, before sending a link to your URL to anyone else? In other words, you moved far too early with far too little research if you can openly say you don't understand how blogs work.

Blogs are EASY. Software for blogs is EASY. It's having the guts to speak openly---THAT is what matters, and here I agree with Taxed (Lord of Linux, don'tcha know) when he says, in effect, grow a set or get the hell off the Internet.

It isn't as if I don't know the basics of the blog, I just never have been on one. I'm not a social media fan nor have I been one to express my feelings about the government. I now am very tired of how things are going so I started doing this.

As for sending practice blogs, that is kind of what this is...we are learning to make things better, but after only 8 weeks, we have 97 subscribers and over 8000 views, well ahead of normal youtubers, so I don't think we are doing that poorly! We have received lots of help and are making adjustments every week. We are actually going to re-do all of the videos here shortly because of the advice we received.

Don't take this the wrong way, but if you can't go after unions, then you might as well just ditch your project.  They are the biggest cancer on the economy and you would look silly avoiding it.

It isn't that we would avoid Unions and I do agree how horrible they have been to our Country. However, we aren't making anything off of Youtube just yet and cannot risk my brothers job until there is security for him. There are many things we can speak about before jumping to unions right now. We will hit Unions hard, but just have to wait a while.
